Welcome to Honfleur
Hello and welcome to our Honfleur blog. We hope you enjoy viewing our photos and reading about what is happening in Honfleur - the jewel in Normandy’s crown.
Honfleur is a very old Norman port and it has managed to retain so many of it’s old features. This makes it a splendid place for a holiday in the Normandy area. Close to the WW2 Landing Beaches, Bayeaux, Monet’s garden at Giverney as well as a host of other attractions nearer home in Honfleur herself.
In particular you have a choice of over 130 restaurants, many of which are situated around the famous quayside overlooking the old sail boats and new yachts with the tall, slim old buildings creating a fantastic atmosphere.
Museums, art galleries and artists workshops mix with antique shops and bricolage sites providing you with an ample selection of unique gifts to take home.
Please feel free to browse the photographs which, we hope will give you a flavour of what Honfleur has to offer.
